Experts agree that it is critical to wash our hands with soap and water for 20 seconds repeatedly during the day, but what is the big question developing countries like India are missing ?

Many countries like India do not have much of there people with access to water. How can someone wash your hands without any water? Many experts all over the world have not considered this, becasue countries like Eritrea, Papua New Guinea and Uganda, similarly to India, do not have acess to clean water, if they can have any at all.
