B + 77 + 65 =180
B + 142 =180
B =180 -142

B=38

38 degrees ( but see below).

Explanation:

If the quadrilateral is a square then the angle adjacent to 25 degrees = 65 degrees and

angle b = 180 - 65 - 77

= 38 degrees.
