You will need to have 10 rows in total.
Below shows the number of rows, compared to the number of counters in each row to the total after each row is added:
1: 3. 3
2: 5. 8
3: 5. 13
4: 5. 18
5: 5. 23
6: 5. 28
7: 5. 33
8: 5. 38
9: 5 43
10: 5 48
