Answer:

domain: [2,inf)

range: [3,inf)

Explanation:

Because the coordinate (2,3) is included, you need to include the value 2 in your domain (x values). The same goes for the range with y=3 but because both the domain and range include +inf, a parenthesis is used to denote that instead of the bracket which would tell us that the value is included.
