Answer: It a form of generating revenue for the country.

Explanation: Investments that the country receives are used to improve infrastructure, improve the development of the country and invest in small- or medium-sized businesses. This is in turn improves the South African economy because the small- and medium-sized businesses operating will be contributing back the South African government (in the form of tax) and that ultimately benefits the economy.
