Answer: -11 > b

Explanation: Start by distributing the -3 through the parentheses on the right side of the inequality.

This gives us 3 < -3b - 29.

Now add 29 to both sides so 33 < -3b.

To get b by itself, divide both sides by -3 and remember when you divide both sides of an inequality by a negative, you must switch the direction of the inequality sign.

So we get -11 > b which is the solution to this inequality.
