Slope formula = y2 - y1/ x2 - x1
SF = 3 - (-3)/ 2 - 5
SF = 6/ -3
Slope = -2
Now we need to find b (the y-intercept)
y = mx + b
y = -2x + b
3 = -2(2) + b
3 = -4 + b
+4 +4
7 = b
The equation of the line should be:
y = -2x + 7
