Company A: 39+9(x-2)
with x being the number of lines needed (this is because it is 39 for the first two and 9 for any addition lines)

Company B: 29+15(x-2)
with x being the number of lines needed.

plugging in 5 as x because he needs five lines, we get
A: 39+9(3)=66
B: 29+15(3)=74

Because Company A only charges $66 and Company B charges $74, Craig should go with Company A.
