Correct option is D) A number line going from negative 8 to positive 2. An open circle is at negative 6. Everything to the right of the circle is shaded.

Explanation:

We have following inequality :2 x + 3 greater-than negative 9 or ,

2x+3>-9

Let's solve this :

2x+3>-9

(2x+3)+9>-9+9

2x+12>0

(2x+12)-12>0-12

2x>-12

x>-6

So , the value of x is greater then -6 . So , Correct option is D) A number line going from negative 8 to positive 2. An open circle is at negative 6. Everything to the right of the circle is shaded.
