Explanation:

Given

Base (b) = 22 mm

Perimeter (P) = 64 mm

Area (A) = ?

Now first calculating The length

2( L + b) = 64

2 ( L + 22) = 64

2L + 44 = 64

2L = 64 - 44

2L = 20

Therefore L = 10 mm

Now

Area = L * b

= 10 * 22

= 220 mm²

Answer:

22 * 2 = 44 \\ 64 - 44 = 20 \\ width = 20 / 2 = 10 \\ area = 22 * 10 \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 220 {mm}^(2)
