Answer:

IF the graph shows a various of 2 x the value or 3 x the value we select the most balanced of negative 2x the value and 3 x the value.

If the graph shows just positive x2 or x3 x 4 we select the average. 3x $275000 = $875000 or 2x $275000 =£550000 etc.
