If you were a human resource manager how would you address the brain drain that occurs as knowledgeable workers retire

Answer: To address this issue, younger talent should be employed to work at the same role with the worker that will retire, for at least two years before the staff retire. This is why many companies hire graduate trainee, so that their can learn the job very well before been hired.

The manager should not allow any essential position to be handle only by the old staffs. New staff should be given the opportunity too. So that their can get perfect on the job, like the one workers.
