Explanation:in this type of conflict style, the person involved in the conflict deliberately choose not to confront the issue (conflict) but lay it to rest. Conflict generally is when two people are in a state of disagreement, non of them most times does not want to list to each other and can lead to malice keeping.

Most times, people avoid conflict by changing the subject o a discussion, bringing up new topic if the previous one is blown out of proportion, shifting a discussion to later date and other ways. People who often are engage in avoidance as a means often walk out of the issue rather than settling it.
