2. Every paragraph of the write-up should explain a specific point so as to make the write-up neat and easy to understand.

3. For readers to be able to access information easily your write-up has to follow a sequential order. Just as explained in (2).

4. The write-up should be free of unnecessary grammatical expressions, but instead highlights each sequential points on the write-up making for easier understanding to the reader.

5. You help readers remember information better by including examples and life scenerios where necessary in the write-up.
