Answer:

Both are 1/2

Explanation:

Count just the tails, that's the numerator

Count all the heads and tails, that's the denominator.

And for the 2nd fraction:

Count just the evens, that's the numerator

Count all the even and odd numbers, that's the denominator.

Explanation:
