y=mx+n

Slope=m=(y2-y1) /(x2-x1)

A(-5,-17) x1=-5,y1 =-17

B(-9,-8) x2=-9,y2=-8

Slope=(-8-(-17))/(-9-(-5))=

(-8+17)/(-9+5)=

9/(-4)=-9/4
