Make denominator same

3*(x+10)/12 - 2*(x-10)/12 = 6*(x+10)/12

denominators are same so numerators has to same as well

3*(x+10)-2*(x-10)=6*(x+10)

expand brackets

3x+30-2x+20 = 6x+60

x+50=6x+60

x-6x=60-50

-5x=10

x= -2
