We will be using "tracert www.targethost.com" for windows computers. We can mention any address we want.

Now, I'm contemplating google.com. Now we will have to review the address three times.

For those three values we can measure the mean and standard deviation.

The overall mean of that ip address round trip delay is shown in the attached image in detail.

The average mean will be 31.05,32,38.

The Standard deviations are like this 0.31,0.32,0.38.

From the attached image, each one of the time we have the 7 routes in the path.

The traceroot went through both the ISP's, and then somehow the largest delay of nearly 1 to 4 sec occurred between the ISP's in this less time.
