From Concentration of Ligand = Ykd/1 - Y
where Kd = 400nM.
fraction of ligand bound Y = 0.60
Plugging the values of Y and Kd;
Concentration = 0.6 x 400 / 1 - 0.6
Concentration = 600 x 10^-9
= 600nM
