Billy put some soil into a glass jar and then planted a small green plant in the jar. He punched a few holes in the lid and then covered the jar. He placed the jar on the windowsill so that it would get a lot of sunlight. After several weeks, the plant died .What mistake did Billy make that made the plant die? .
