The poem describes a Western Country as a perfect land, where all rights are respected and everyone lives happily within a stunning landscape. As all rights and freedoms are respected, citizens are in no need, live fully and in the highest quality with complete freedom. There is nothing to prevent people's happiness. Western Country is literally an immaculate land.
