It would take her 12 mins
Let’s look at it like this: if you divide one by 4, you would get 1/4. Now, to get to 1, you need to multiply 1/4 by 4. Since you are multiplying 1/4 by 4 you also need to multiply 3 by 4 and that gives you 12
