Both cells had a clearly defined border. However, the bacterial cells were rod-shaped, and the human cells were round. The human cells had a clearly defined nucleus and other structures within the cell. The bacteria had a darkened nucleus. Also, the bacteria are single-felled organisms, whole humans have many cells. The bacteria are prokaryotes, and the human cells are eukaryotes.

Answer:

As the video is not provided, lets answer the question generally.

Step-by-step explanation:

Differences:

The bacterial cell is prokaryotic whereas the human cell is eukaryotic.

In a prokaryotic cell, the there are no- membrane bound organelles present like the mitochondria, Golgi complex etc. Hence, the bacterial cells lack these organelles. In eukaryotic cells like human cells, membrane bound organelles are present.

A prokaryotic cell like the bacterial cell lacks a nucleus. The human cells will possess a nucleus.

Similarities:

Both the bacteria and human are made up of a cell hence, both are living organisms. The bacterial and the human cells both possess a cell membrane. Cytoplasm is also present in both the cells.
