The answer would be p > 8
The inequality to solve this would be 5p < 40
In the equation you are multiplying 5 by p, so you do the opposite and divide 5 and 40 by 5

5 divided by 5 cancels out, and 40 divided by 5 = 8. Take the leftover p and the < and make an inequality with 8. p < 8
