Answer:

Environment was a huge factor during the industrialization from 1750 to 1900. There was an increase in population due to migration from rural areas to urban areas along with increased fertility rate per female.

Increased population meant need for increased resources which indirectly meant that the country was using the natural resources to produce more and excreting the remains in the nature.

The environment was harshly effected and was on its way to downfall until recently when the human realized the need for environment safety.
