$(5x+3)/(7x+3)=(3)/(4)\\\\  4*(5x+3)=3*(7x+3)\\\\20x+12=21x+9\\\\20x-21x=9-12\\\\-x=-3\\\\x=3\\\\5x=5*3=15\\\\7x=7*3=21\\\\$
