Answer:

Explanation:

supplementary angles add up to 180 degrees

let the angles be a and b

a + b = 180

the measure of 1 angle (a) is 6 less then 20% of the other

a = (20% of b) - 6......a = 0.20b - 6

now we sub

a + b = 180

0.20b - 6 + b = 180

1.20b = 180 + 6

1.20b = 186

b = 186/1.20

b = 155

a + b = 180

a + 155 = 180

a = 180 - 155

a = 25

check...

a = 0.20b - 6

25 = 0.20(155) - 6

25 = 31 - 6

25 = 25 (correct)...it checks out

so ur angles are : 25 and 155
