The answer is C
Since we don’t know how much supplies cost in general it would be better to first find out how much the painter charges for the 5 hours
15.28 x 5 = 76.45$
Now that we know that we just need to solve for the difference. So subtract the total cost to the amount he charged for 5 hours of work
157.18 - 76.45 = 80.73
