Answer:

y= -6x+3 (The 3 can be any number other than -9)

Explanation:

3x-5y=45

+5y to each side:

3x=5y+45

-45 to each side:

3x-45=5y

Divide by 5

.6x-9=y: y=.6x-9

Perpendicular is opposite sign, resiprecol, (I know, I cant spell)

y= -6x-9

The y-intercept can be any number other than -9

y= -6x+3

PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I MADE A MISTAKE!!!!
