For the 1st equation, the ordered pair do work but for the 2nd one it does not. When you substitute you get 9 instead of -3.

Answer: No

Explanation:

In the first equation replace the x with 3 and y with 6.

-7(3)+6=-15 which is true.

The second equation replace the x with 3 and y with 6.

3+6=-3 which is not true.
