Solution:

Jen picked
(3)/(4) of a gallon of strawberries in half an hour

Therefore,

$(1)/(2) \text{ hour } = (3)/(4) \text{ gallon }$

Therefore, for one hour she picks up,

Multiply both sides of above equation by 2

$1 \text{ hour } = (3)/(2) \text{ gallon }$

She keeps picking strawberries at the same rate

To find: Gallons will she have picked in 2 hours

Gallons picked in 2 hour = 2 x gallons picked in 1 hour

$\text{ Gallons picked in 2 hour } = 2 * (3)/(2) = 3$

Thus 3 gallons of strawberry will collected by Jen in 2 hours.
