y=mx+b

Isolate the variable y

Subtract 4x both sides


2y=-4x+4

Divide by 2 both sides


y=-2x+2

y=-2(-2)+2=6

For x=-1 ---->
y=-2(-1)+2=4

For x=0 ---->
