OK, 7x9=63, right? and 5x10=50, right. You add 63 and 50 and you get 113. You multiply then add because the amount of crayons in some of the boxes are different, so you need to find how many are in the different ones then find how many are in the other ones.... you are very welcome and thank YOU for making me think!
