you can find this by taking 2 times x which is 2x. then you take 2 times 6 which is 12. after that you can put it into a simple equation: 12 + 2x + 4 + 3x. you add the 2x and the 3x to get 5x. next you add the 12 and 4 to get 16. that gives the final answer which is 5x + 16.
