(2,3) or x=2 and y=3

Explanation:

find x...

3x-6y= -12

3x = 6y-12

x = 2y-4

plug x into the other equation

6(2y-4) + 6y = 30

12y-24 +6y = 30

18y = 54

y = 3

Plug y into an equation to find x

3x-6(3) = -12

3x-18= -12

3x=6

x=2

[Answer] y=3 and x=2 or (2,3)
