the first bracket= (9x2-2x+7) = 25-2x ------- eqn 1

the second bracket= (4x2+7x+2) = 10+7x ---- eqn 2

Add eqn 1 and 2

= (25-2x) + (10+7x)

Grouping like terms,

= (25+10) + (-2x+7x)

=35+5x
