The other respondent answered this quite well and summed up everything I thought of when I saw this, but I just wanted to add that when designing the perfect office or workspace, you would also want to consider individual preferences and needs. Everybody operates differently and their concepts of perfection vary. When designing an area of work for multiple people, communication would be a key aspect so everybody can express what they need and want to ensure good work and future communication among colleagues.

Answer:

Answer Below.

Step-by-step explanation:

First you want to make sure you weed out all distraction areas, such as games, cell phones, and even obnoxious people. The third one, well, you really can't choose about, so put those kind persons next to people you see they get the most work done with. Next, you want to make sure that the space you are working in has a safe distance between other beings, but not too much. While you don't want sickness spreading easily, you also want to make sure the people who are working are close enough to easily communicate with one another. Finally, you need an authoritive figure, one who can keep people on track and be stern, but also be there to answer any questions the colleagues might have, and answer them in a simple, easy to understand way. Boom! Perfect workspace.
