To answer your question, Every single person out there in the world is different. We all choose if we want to treat people with respect OR disrespect someone, Some people out there in the world are just pure evil... which is very sad and heartbreaking but guess what? When we were born our hearts were pure and innocent and there was no sin in us as we got older we started to develop who we are and decided to be. Basically what i'm trying to say is no one out there in the world is perfect... we all make mistakes and that is OKAY! Because we learn from those mistakes and next time we can do better by it. Yes, no human is born innately evil or good; eveyone is capable of any action. If a person has the mental capacity then they could truly become evil. Whether or not a person is capable of evil is based on the situation and events they have experienced. Since anyone would go through anything at any point, anyone could, theoretically, be truly evil. Everyone has their limit for what they can handle. Once this limit is exceeded, there is no way to ensure that someone will not become evil. There is no way to 100% guarantee how someone will act or how they will turn out.
