A cone has a volume of 640.56 cubic feet and a height of 17 feet. What is its radius?

Use ≈ 3.14 and round your answer to the nearest hundredth.

V=640.56
H=17 ft
what is it's radius though?

Answer:

6

Explanation:

Cone volume : V = pi r² . h/3

radius = sqrt ((3V) / (pi.h))

radius = sqrt ((3 x 640.56) / (17 x 3.14))

radius = sqrt ( 1921.68 / 53.38 )

radius = sqrt ( 36 )

radius = 6
