Explanation:

Given equation is ,

=> 2x + 3y = -9

Moving terms to RHS ,

=> 3y = -2x - 9

=> y = -2x - 9 / 3

=> y = -2/3x - 3

As we know that slope intercept form is y = mx + c , we have ,

  • slope = -2/3
  • y intercept = -3
