y2-y1/x2-x1

Explanation:

first step is to get to pints on the graph

for example

(2,3) and (4,6)

From these points we will plug them into the formula as such.

6-3 divided by 4-2

subtracting first we get

3 divided by 2

In a fraction this will be your answer. Just use the formula.
