Which of these is NOT a reasonable fitness goal for someone in moderate shape who is just starting an exercise program? I want to exercise for 5 hours every day. I want to exercise for 30 minutes, five days a week. I want to be able to do 50 sit-ups in a row by next month. I want to be able to run 1 mile in 12 minutes.
