Hi there! Just for future reference: questions like this are typically classed as personal opinion questions. This means that you're supposed to write an answer that reflects your own experiences.
I'll give you a good place to start. To answer the question "What different obligations are you studying?" You could possibly answer by listing things such as:
• Personal hobbies
• chores
• looking after family members
• caring for pets
• working (if you have a job alongside going to school).
