Q1. I will use team A's results to claim that their shoes are larger because the mean of team A is 13.92 whereas the mean of team B is 12.83.

Q2. I will use team B's results to claim their shoes are larger because the table of team A stops at 16, however team B's top shoe size is 18, therefore team B has the largest shoe size.

Q3. Both teams have the same average shoe size because the results are only 1 size away from each other most times.

(sorry about Q3 I'm not entirely sure about that one.)
