you just add the powers when it's multiplication and same digit and minus them when they are divided but they have to be the same digit

2 power 4+3 =7 / 2 power 5+4=9

2 power 9-7=2

2 power 2 =4

alright so basically solve and find each value out of exponent so it would be 16-8 over 32-16 which is 8/16 which simplifies to 1/2 which is ur answer
