I found it out, it's (B)

x = 40

x = 70

x = 110

x = 130

The answer is 70

Explanation:

70 is across from X and because of this it equals 70. Ignore line I and thing of a 180 degree straight line if you have 70 then the other side is going to equal 110 so its the same for below the line.
