What is the slope of a line perpendicular to the line y= -42 + 16

a. 1/4
b. -4
c. 4
d. -1/4

I think you might’ve wrote the problem wrong and meant y = -4x + 16. If that’s the problem than the slope of a line perpendicular to it should be 1/4, since it’s the opposite reciprocal.
