How do you know you've made a mistake on a math on a problem? Have you caught mistakes, when you were in the middle of a problem?

Answer:

  • Always do your math with a pencil
  • Line your work up neatly, that way if you do make a mistake you can identify right away where the mistake was made.
  • Normally when you make a mistake you'll notice where the numbers stopped making sense.
  • Check your work by inputting your answer if it doesn't make sense then it is wrong
