Sum of squares of two sides must be equal to square of the third side.

By Pythagoras theorem,

24^2 + 144^2 = 145^2

576 + 20736 = 21025

21312 ≠ 21025

Numbers 24, 144, 145 does not satisfy the Pythagoras theorem.

So, 24, 144, 145 are not Pythagorean triplets.
