got a migrane afd i have lights off the only lights around are my moniters and they are all the way down in terms of brightness and i got school work to do know what will tame this? please dont say im on my own here or something like that

Tylenol, or any pain meds really, Leo the lights off, ice pack, then warm wash cloth Over your eyes lay flat, and maybe take a bath? I get migraines often and that helps me
